St. James Concert Series

A concert series is a way to create awareness of the gifts God has given us by nurturing the creativity within the human spirit.  The St. James Concert Series provides a venue for artists to perform in a setting where people come to be inspired and learn. For centuries the church was the center of culture and the arts.  We believe that the church today can still be a channel for music and the arts to its members and the community at large by making high quality musical programs easily accessible.

“……next to the Word of God, the noble art of music is the greatest treasure in the world.  It controls our thoughts, minds, hearts, and spirits…..’
                                                                              Martin Luther

Sunday, February 24, 2008, Dakota Blonde 7 p.m.

This acoustic trio, made up of Mary Huckins (yes, from South Dakota), Don Pinnella (nope, not blonde) and Tony Raddell will share their music, a unique combination of folk, bluegrass, and country with a little Celtic tinge. They bring a blend of heart, humor, authenticity and spirit to their performance. You won’t want to miss the opportunity to become a “Blonde-Head”, joining the ranks of their loyal fans throughout the Rocky Mountain region.
